Inspections, LLC. is the climax of converging Northwest
experience in the real estate professions; a locally
owned and operated inspection firm performing over 1,500
commercial and residential inspection services per year—more
inspections than any other individual firm in the Northwest.

While “home inspections” are in our name, we perform
much more than that average buyer’s home inspection
service. We perform inspections for sellers (“pre-listing
inspections”), home owners (“maintenance inspections”),
and we specialize, as a multi-inspector firm, in large
scale inspections: commercial buildings, multi-family
dwellings (apartment buildings) and large scale homes.

We perform residential and commercial inspection services
in more than 15 Counties in the Northwest, and operate
from two offices in the SW Washington and Puget Sound/Interstate

Licensed-Insured-Bonded
– We
believe in protecting the interests of our clients.
As such, Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC is fully bonded
and fully insured (Claims Made Errors and Omissions
Insurance). All Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC professionals
are also licensed Structural Pest Inspectors with the
Washington State Department of Agriculture and members

of the Pacific Northwest. We are not a franchise, unlike
many other inspection firms in the area.

Generated Reports –
Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC utilizes cutting edge
technology to prepare your inspection reports. Our reports
are computer generated, printed and delivered on site—you
won’t have to wait to understand the condition of your
commercial or residential property. If you are
not able to be at the inspection, no worries—we will
be able to email your Report to you the same day or
on site (some inspectors have wireless internet capabilities).
Timely
and Thorough –
While
some inspection firms boast of taking hours (and hours
and hours…) to complete your home inspection, our inspection
services average about two hours due to our experience.
Performing over 1,500 inspections per year as a full
time inspection firm, we know how to balance a complete
inspection with a timely one. Further, at no further
charge, you may be lucky to have not one, but two inspectors
