Are $75 per unit (subject to change
Based on the square footage of the unit)

Reinspection - $100

Condos - $285

Pest and Dry Rot Alone - $175

Specific Inspections - $125
Crawl Space, Siding or Roof Alone
NOTE: In accord with WA State Law, a specific inspection can not be performed on a home if wood decay (rot), wood destroying insects or conditions conducive to wood destroying organisms are found during the specific inspection if the home is being refinanced, exchanged or sold.
