Having worked for the City of Washougal for over 18 years, where duties included the inspecting, maintaining and repairing of commercial property and publicly owned buildings, as well as the inspection of playgrounds as a Certified Playground Inspector, it was an easy transition for me when I began to focus on residential inspections in the late 1990’s where I partnered with another local inspector and co-owned and operated Inspection Consulting, Inc. After many years I decided that my vision for SW Washington and NW Oregon consumers demanded something new and exciting, and thus Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC was established in 2005. In my 11 years as a home inspector, after having performed 8,000+ home inspections, my work as a home inspector has been nothing less than exciting.
