Pest and Dry Rot or
WDO Inspection

Having a pest and dry rot (also called a “termite inspection” and “wood destroying organism inspection”) is a smart move for anybody, regardless of whether you are buying or selling a home, or if you are just a home owner that would like to know if any of these things exist.

A full home inspection, for buyers or sellers, comes with a pest and dry rot inspection. The price of a pest and dry rot inspection alone is $175, regardless of the size of the home.

The pest and dryrot reports are governed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the Washington State Pest Control Association.
